Pre-Program

Your success is our success and we want you to be
successful from the pilot program forward. APRENDA's
Pre-Program process assures your training will be practical
and suited to your specific training goals. As soon as the
initial call, we start determining if and how APRENDA can
benefit your organization. Once we've identified your business
needs and desired outcomes, we begin to formulate a general development outline and choose the
best program(s) for your group. Together with the program creators we identify specific learning
objectives and refine the training to meet your learning goals. Before finalizing a plan, we make sure
that the program will be at the right level for your target participants and that all work can be completed
within your budget. Finally, we create a strategy for successful implementation of the chosen
program(s).  Pre-Program can be completed in period of less than one week if little customization is
required. More extensive customization can require 2-3 weeks or more.

Program Customization

Although most of our programs have been developed to be run as off-the-shelf programs, custom
and/or industry specific cases and real-life examples can be used to create even more relevant
practice situations for participants.  Your need will determine our direction - minor to full customization
of participant and other materials or simple customization from the platform, we are flexible.

Program Implementation

Training Day runs smoothly when you work with APRENDA. For on-site training, we provide you
professional, experienced instructors, comprehensive participant manuals, relevant pre- and post
program activities and support as well as high quality sales and account management services.
Additionally, an account coordinator is assigned to each client and will work closely with you or your
logistical support team to assure that logistics at your chosen site are managed in a way that supports
program success.
